The terms you agree to when you order from us.
Adding pieces to your bag and sending the order does not by itself create a contract. An order becomes binding when we confirm availability and the final total on WhatsApp.
We may decline an order if a piece has sold out, if the delivery address is not serviceable, or if we cannot verify the details given.
Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. Shipping is charged separately below the free-shipping threshold of ₹1,999.
We correct pricing errors when we find them. If a piece was listed at an obviously wrong price, we will tell you before taking payment rather than honour or silently cancel it.
We describe every piece as accurately as we can. Handloom and hand-finished fabrics carry small variations, and colours differ slightly between screens — neither is a defect.
The designs, photography and text on this site belong to the label. Please do not reuse them commercially without asking.
These terms are governed by Indian law, and disputes fall to the courts of City.
