You can cancel any time before your order is dispatched.
Message us on WhatsApp at +91 89498 21678 and we will cancel the order and refund anything already paid, in full. Since we dispatch within 24 hours, the sooner you tell us the simpler this is.
Once a parcel is with the courier we cannot recall it. Refuse the delivery or accept it and raise a return within 7 days — either way the piece comes back to us and the refund follows our refund policy.
Occasionally we cancel an order ourselves — a piece turns out to be damaged in final checks, or the address is not serviceable. We will always tell you why, and refund in full immediately.
