Returns & Exchange

If a piece is not right, you have 7 days from delivery to send it back or exchange it.

What we accept

  • Unworn and unwashed pieces, in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Returns raised within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Pieces sent back in their original packaging where possible.

What we cannot accept

  • Anything altered, washed, or worn beyond trying on.
  • Pieces returned without tags.
  • Items bought during a clearance sale, unless they arrived damaged.

How to start a return

Message us on WhatsApp at +91 89498 21678 with your order details and a photo of the piece. We will confirm the return and arrange a pickup where our courier serves your area.

Once the piece reaches us and passes a quick condition check, your refund or exchange is processed within three working days.

Damaged or wrong item

If a parcel arrives damaged or containing the wrong piece, tell us within 48 hours with photos. We cover the return shipping in those cases, and you are not out of pocket.
