What we collect

• Your name, phone number and delivery address — needed to send you an order.
• Your email address, if you give it to us.
• The contents of your bag, which are stored in your own browser and never sent to us until you place an order.

What we do with it

We use your details to fulfil your order, to arrange delivery through our courier partners, and to answer your questions. That is all.

We do not sell your data, rent it, or pass it to advertisers.

Your bag and this site

Your bag and any checkout details you fill in are kept in your browser's local storage on your own device. Clearing your browser data clears them. Nothing in your bag reaches us until you choose to send the order.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as we are required to for tax and accounting. Message threads are kept while they are useful for supporting you, and cleared when they are not.
