Refund Policy

When a refund applies

• A returned piece reaches us within 7 days of delivery, unworn and with tags.
• An order is cancelled before dispatch.
• A piece arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered.

How it is paid

Refunds go back to the account the payment came from — the same UPI ID or wallet — within three working days of the piece passing its condition check. Your bank may take a further two to four days to show it.

What is deducted

Nothing, if the fault was ours. On a change-of-mind return, the original shipping charge is not refunded, though the price of the piece is refunded in full.

Partial refunds

If one piece of a multi-item order is returned, only that piece is refunded. If the remaining order then falls below ₹1,999, we do not retrospectively charge you for shipping.
